What to Expect
Your session is based on Dolores Cannon’s Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy (QHHT®) methodology and lasts approximately 2.5–3 hours. Sessions are conducted via Zoom in a safe, supportive, and confidential space.
(30-60 min)
We will begin with a relaxed conversation where I get to know you and your life story. You may sit upright during this portion of the session.
I will invite you to share:

Where and when you were born
-
Your early life experiences
-
Major stages of your life up to the present moment
-
Important relationships and influences
-
Physical, emotional, or energetic challenges
-
Successes, patterns, and turning points
Once we’ve explored your story, we will discuss the questions you would like answered during your session. These may include questions such as:

What is my purpose?
-
Why did a particular relationship end?
-
How can I alleviate physical pain or emotional blocks?
After the regression, we will connect with your Higher Self—the aspect of you that holds complete knowledge of your soul’s journey. Your Higher Self understands every life you have lived, every decision you have made, and why you are experiencing what you are in this lifetime.
Please prepare your questions in advance, write them down, and have them available for our session.
After the intake, we will take a five-minute break before beginning the regression.

For this portion of the session, you will need:

A quiet, private, darkened space

A place where you can lie down comfortably

A light blanket, as body temperature can drop during deep relaxation

Fully charged earbuds or headphones (this is very important)

Your laptop or phone positioned so your face is visible during the session
Please practice your setup ahead of time so you feel comfortable and fully ready to get the most out of your experience.
Once you are settled, we will begin with gentle breathing exercises and a short prayer for protection and guidance. I will then guide you through a hypnotic induction designed to quiet the analytical mind and engage the imaginative, intuitive side of your brain.
You may notice thoughts such as “I think I’m making this up.” This is normal and simply the analytical mind at work. During the regression, allow those thoughts to pass and focus instead on the images, sensations, and impressions that arise. There is no right or wrong—only what you experience.
Past Life Exploration
Through guided imagery, you will be gently led to a past life that holds meaningful lessons for your present-day healing and growth. You will describe:

Your surroundings

Who you are in that lifetime

What you are doing

The themes and experiences of that life
We will explore the lifetime fully, including the final moments and the soul’s return to the Divine. This part of the experience is often described as peaceful, expansive, and deeply comforting. There is nothing to fear.
We will examine the purpose and lessons of the past life and explore whether any physical pain, emotional patterns, fears, or blocks carried over into your current life. Awareness alone often begins the healing process, and many clients notice shifts in the weeks and months following their session.
If time allows, we may visit an additional past life.
Meeting Your Higher Self
After the past life regression, we will connect with your Higher Self. This is the aspect of you that is connected to The Divine and holds infinite wisdom and unconditional love.
Your Higher Self may:

Answer your most important life questions

Offer clarity, guidance, and perspective

Scan the body for imbalances

Assist in releasing physical or energetic ailments that no longer serve you
Closing the Session
I will gently bring you out of hypnosis, and we will discuss your experience. Most people describe feeling as though they’ve just awakened from a refreshing nap.
Part 3: Post Session

Plan a quiet evening following your session

Eat something nourishing and grounding

Avoid napping; go to bed at your usual time
For three days after your session, you may continue to access insights through your dreams. If additional questions arise, you can set the intention to receive answers before sleep.
You will receive a recording of your session. I recommend watching it again a few months later—and again a few months after that. Each time, you may notice new details, insights, or layers of understanding. Healing and integration often unfold gradually.
As you watch your recording in the coming months, pay attention to how your fears, pain, or emotional patterns have evolved over time. Many clients notice subtle yet profound shifts in their current life as the lessons contained in the session integrate.
