Cancellation Policy

As you can imagine, we experience a high-level of no-shows. In order to protect our time and business, payment is kindly requested at the time of booking. Of course we understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment occasionally. In such circumstances, please contact us no later than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time so that we can offer your slot to someone else. In the event of a late cancellation, 75% of the session fee will be returned. In the event of a no show, 50% will be returned. Arriving to a session more than 20 minutes late may be considered a no show, unless otherwise discussed. Again, we understand that unavoidable emergencies or extenuating circumstances sometimes arise. We may waive your cancellation fee in these situations. If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact us directly. By booking an appointment with our practice, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this policy.
